As a therapist, I often find that difficulties in relationships tend to revolve around five key areas: communication that becomes strained or awkward, unspoken expectations, conflict management (whether conflicts are avoided or explode),
a loss of emotional connection, and sometimes the weight of everyday life, which drives couples apart without them realising it.
Becoming aware of these patterns is the first step towards change. Behind every difficulty, there is often a desire to do better and to reconnect.
If you recognise yourself in these situations, please know that it is always possible to move forward, step by step, with kindness, and I am here if you feel the need for support.

Please find attached a number of topics that may be of interest to you. These are issues that we may all encounter at some point in our lives. The topics will evolve gradually over time.

To the Men
Gentlemen,
In a relationship, there is sometimes a subtle but real disconnect between your impulses and those of your partner. Many men are naturally action-oriented: solving problems, making improvements, moving things forward. This is a valuable strength.
However, your partner isn’t always looking for a solution. She may need something else:
to be listened to, understood, and met where she is.
There is a fundamental difference between doing and being. Doing means taking action, seeking to respond, to fix things.
Being means staying present, welcoming, listening without immediately seeking to change what is.
It is not a question of better or worse, but of complementarity.
And often, what a woman needs most is not for you to do more, but for you to be there – truly there.
Your intention to do the right thing is valuable. By adding presence, listening and a space for mutual exchange, you nurture a deeper and more peaceful relationship.

Healing Journeys Introspection
Topic Bipolar disorder
Bulimia is not just about food. For some people with bipolar II disorder, episodes may be linked to an attempt to regulate deep-seated emotions: inner emptiness, impulsivity, anxiety, emotional fluctuations, shame or a need for comfort.
Behind the symptom, there is often invisible suffering that deserves a humane, holistic and non-judgemental approach.
In my therapeutic support, I work in collaboration with healthcare professionals: psychiatrists, specialist doctors and medical teams, in order to provide a safe and consistent environment for the individual.
Because a symptom always serves a purpose… and listening to what it is trying to express can already open up a path to transformation.
