My passion for human
thinking and feeling.
For several years, I have been interested in the well-being of people, those around me and myself. I love connecting with people because they give me the strength to believe in human beings.
I am passionate about my work, and I am a supporter of Brief therapies, which I see as a learning tool to improve one's self-esteem and self-confidence.
I collaborate with doctors, colleagues, carers, psychiatrists and use recognised techniques adapted to the patient's rhythm and the defined goal.
I first enjoyed artistic training followed by Advertising and then in photography (Saint-Lucas Institute).
Photography has taught me to perceive the world differently . It is also a source of inspiration, exploration peace and space for putting life into perspective. During my career, I have had the opportunity to evolve in areas such as sales and marketing and travelling also gave me the inspiration to explore different cultures.
In recent years, I also became interested in solution-focused therapy in response to events that affect us all in everyday life.
Questioning have also allowed me to evolve and give new meaning to my life, today I wish to bring my personal experience and knowledge to others, with an eye to aspirate greater self-esteem and self-confidence .
My joy is to see others in change.
Completed training in Integrative-Humanistic Psychotherapy as well as regular attendance at adapted courses and training to constantly adapt to circumstances.

To grow professionally and personally, I am constantly learning.
This keeps me curious and constantly learning about the questions we ask ourselves.
I often use photography as a tool as well as art, drawing, writing, metaphorically as a therapeutic lever for all issues of self-esteem, self-confidence, relationships with colleagues, friends, family, spouse, ... viewing oneself differently for better progress.
